LTX714 Colony counter is one digital display type semi-automatic bacterium count instrument.
It is made up of count pool, count sum, the counter and digital display. The count pool has a black
background with the energy-conserving annular fluorescent lamp side. The colony is compared
clearly. There is certain gradient on the pool for observation. This instrument is easy to operate,
while count accurately, and can lighten experiment personnel's labour intensity, improve the
efficiency, improve work quality. This instrument is extensively used in the inspection which the
bacterium counted in the food, beverage , medicines , biologicals , cosmetics , amenities , drinking
water , sanitary sewage , industrial sewage , clinical sample.

(Note) According to bacterium count inspection procedure regulation, when one train colony in the ware growing number is over 300, it should dilute the examine samples and do it again to ensure the accuracy of counting.
Operation Procedure:
Insert the plug in 220 volts of outlets.
2. Insert the count sums plug in the jack of instrument.
3. Set aside to " turn on " switch, then the light in the count pool is on. The digital display shows "
000 " at the same time, which means that allows to count. If the figure is not " 000 ", it should
press the reset zero key.
4. Put the examined cultivation ware, whose bottom up, into the count pool.
5. Use the count sum in the bottom of wares to count all colony one by one. Count each one should
make a sound "pout" that means it is effective, otherwise it should do it again. At this moment,
the colony clicked is marked and painted, showing the figure is accumulated automatically.
6. Check carefully with the magnifying glass to confirm no omitted, then counting has already
finished.
7. The figure shown should be the number of the colony in wares to count.
8. Take out the ware after writing down figures. Press the reset zero key, the display return back
